該設(shè)備為機(jī)電分開(kāi)式,是專門(mén)適用于鐵路列車(chē)提速,確保列車(chē)在重載、高速運(yùn)行的安全,根據(jù)鐵道部對(duì)列車(chē)鉤體磁粉探傷要求而設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)備具有單機(jī)工作和配合流水線檢測(cè)的功能,單機(jī)工作配備水平平臺(tái)架式上料機(jī)構(gòu),自動(dòng)進(jìn)位,設(shè)備采用復(fù)合磁化法、周向通電法、縱向采用新型磁軛裝置,對(duì)鉤頸、下鎖孔筋、勾舌圓弧面進(jìn)行復(fù)合磁化,由于受磁路的影響鉤耳采用穿棒法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了三路磁化,全方位顯示,借助熒光的作用,能清晰的顯示任意方向的各種裂紋缺陷。全過(guò)程采用PLC控制,具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、操作方便、自動(dòng)化程度高,檢測(cè)靈敏度優(yōu)等特點(diǎn)。
The equipment is electromechanical and is specially suitable for the speed increase of railway trains to ensure the safety of heavy load and high speed operation. It is designed according to the requirements of the Ministry of Railways for magnetic particle inspection of train hook bodies. The equipment has the functions of single-machine operation and assembly line detection. The single-machine operation is equipped with a horizontal platform rack feeding mechanism, which carries automatically. The equipment adopts composite magnetization method, circumferential energization method and longitudinal adoption of a new type of magnetic yoke device. The hook neck, lower lock hole rib and hook tongue arc surface are subjected to composite magnetization. Due to the influence of magnetic circuit, the hook ear adopts rod threading method, which realizes three-way magnetization and all-round display. With the help of fluorescence, various crack defects in any direction can be clearly displayed. The whole process is controlled by PLC, featuring reasonable structure, convenient operation, high degree of automation and excellent detection sensitivity.
